Ingredients
- 7 Star All Purpose Wheat Flour – 200g
- Icing sugar – 2 tablespoons
- Cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon
- Melted butter/margarine – 65g
- ½ cup crushed nuts
How to Make
- Lightly toast the wheat flour on low heat.
- Sieve together toasted flour, cocoa powder and icing sugar to remove any clumps.
- Gradually add the melted butter/margarine until you get a soft, pliable dough.
- Add the crushed nuts to the chocolate mixture and combine well.
- Take a square container lined with parchment paper and put the dough while smoothing it gently with a rubber spatula to form a slab of toffee.
- Cut into squares and place in the fridge to cool.
- Once it is cooled to your desired temperature, separate it into cubes and enjoy!
