Radish Roti

This budget-friendly recipe offers an easy-to-make vegan roti prepared using 7 Star Wholemeal Flour. While grated radish and flour are your base ingredients for this delicious dinner dish, the remaining spices can be utilised as you please. This is just a little twist to your usual roti with radish and other affordable ingredients.

Vegan Veggie Stuffed Braided Bread

Add this vegan goodie for a weekend dinner meal using affordable store cupboard ingredients. All you need is some of our 7 Star All Purpose Flour coupled with the most basic bread-making ingredients and skills for kneading to master a braided bread. Chop and mince the leftover vegetables to make the filling and bake a loaf of happiness to finish your day.

Vege Paratha

Chop up some leftover potatoes, carrots and beans to sauté the filling for your Vege Paratha; the filling however can be customised according to your preference and availability of ingredients, where the vegetable paratha can also be converted into a non-vegetarian dinner meal. Once the filling is ready, use the 7 Star Chakki Atta Flour to knead the dough, shape it into a roundel, stuff it with the filling, roll it into a roti and cook both sides to serve a delectable dinner meal for your family.

Depending on availability, you may add curry leaves and/or coriander leaves to the mixture before cooking.
