Ingredients

7 Star Fibre Plus – 250g

Salt – 5g

Water – 170g

Scraped coconut – 50g

Time for Some Pol Roti

  • Combine 7 Star Fibre Plus, salt, water and scraped coconut, and knead well until it becomes a smooth dough. Leave the dough to rest for 10 minutes.
